How it works (process)
- Initial discovery – we chat about your business, goals, branding, pages.
- Build phase – we design & build your website (usually within 2 weeks).
- Launch – site goes live, domain & hosting are managed.
- Ongoing service – we handle hosting, updates, backups, support, content changes monthly.
- After 12 months – contract rolls into ongoing month-to-month (or upgradable) but you can relax knowing everything is covered.
Terms
Minimum contract: 12 months. At the end of the first 12 months you may continue on the same tier or upgrade. Prices exclude VAT.
FAQs
Are there hidden fees?
No. Build, hosting, updates, support, backups and content changes are all included in the monthly fee.
Can I cancel before 12 months?
No, there’s a fixed 12-month minimum; after that it’s flexible.
What happens if I need more pages?
You upgrade to the next tier or we quote a bespoke add-on.
What if I already have a website?
We can migrate and include it in the monthly service – let’s talk.
What’s included in “content changes”?
Typically text amendments, image swaps, new pages within the page-limit. Other work (e.g., new features) will be quoted separately.
Will I own the website?
Yes – you retain the ownership of the site and domain. We provide the service and ongoing maintenance.
